1. Cadmium, copper, and zinc were quantitatively determined in the whole grain, the germ, the aleurone layer, the outer pericarp, and the endosperm from the caryopsis of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) by the methods of direct solid microsampling and flame-AAS, respectively.
